OverFaktura

Overfaktura helps the VAT payer fulfill the legal obligation to verify the IBAN registration of his suppliers account whenever he pays for an invoice after its due date.
Overfaktura uses OCR and QR scanning to identify the fields containing the suppliers IBAN code (or IČDPH).
Using the OPEN API of the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic, it will find out the suppliers tax data and check the suppliers IBAN account, and the application will also provide the VAT payer with information on whether the supplier is on the list of VAT debtors.
This information will help VAT payers to determine whether, when paying to the IBAN account specified on the invoice from the supplier, they will not become the guarantor for the VAT resulting from the given invoice.
